HR supervisor
Job requirements:
1.High school degree or above, like personnel work;
2.Women between 30 and 35 years old;
3.xcellent professional ethics and ethics, good sense of teamwork, integrity, moral integrity, strong resistance to pressure;Good organizational leadership, communication and coordination skills, affinity.
Responsibility:
1.Employee on and off interview,accept staff complaints and hr consultation;
2.Regularly conduct recruitment data statistics and job analysis reports, establish the company’s talent pool, analyze and develop recruitment channels, and improve recruitment efficiency; 3.Resolve all labor disputes and disputes with the assistance of the company’s legal counsel.Familiar with labor relations module and labor laws and regulations; Responsible for the management, filing and maintenance of all personnel files within the company;
3.Responsible for employee attendance accounting and performance bonus.
